Booking and Reservation Policies
Terms & Conditions for booking require advance reservations for guaranteed service. We accept reservations by phone, email, or through our website. Each booking requires passenger name, pickup location, destination, flight information (when applicable), and contact details.
Reservation confirmations include trip details, vehicle type, pricing, and pickup time. You must verify all information immediately upon receiving confirmation. Errors not reported within 24 hours become your responsibility.
Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate accounts. Full payment or authorized card details are required at booking for reservations. We process charges upon service completion unless other arrangements are made for corporate clients.
Cancellation policies protect both parties in our service agreement. Free cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows result in full fare charges. Weather-related flight cancellations receive full refunds when documented.
Terms & Conditions allow booking modifications up to 2 hours before pickup without fees. Changes requested within 2 hours may incur charges based on availability and dispatch logistics. We accommodate changes whenever operationally possible.

Vehicle assignment depends on passenger count and luggage requirements specified during booking. Our fleet includes Toyota Sienna vans (up to 7 passengers), Cadillac SUVs, Infiniti SUVs, and premium sedans. We reserve the right to substitute comparable or superior vehicles if circumstances require.
All King Airport Transportation vehicles are new, meticulously maintained, and always clean. Regular inspections ensure safety and comfort standards. Climate control, leather seating, and premium amenities come standard across our fleet.
Flight tracking activates automatically for airport pickups. Chauffeurs monitor arrival times and adjust pickup accordingly. Flight delays do not trigger additional charges when documented through airline systems. We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight arrival for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international arrivals.

Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct
Terms & Conditions require passengers to be ready at scheduled pickup times. For airport departures, ensure you’re at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time. Delays caused by passenger lateness may affect arrival time at your destination.
Luggage limitations apply based on vehicle type. Standard allowance includes two checked bags and one carry-on per passenger. Oversized items like golf clubs, skis, or surfboards require advance notice. Special equipment accommodation depends on availability and may affect vehicle assignment.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all King Airport Transportation vehicles. Passengers causing damage through smoking or other activities incur cleaning fees and repair costs. Our vehicles maintain pristine condition for all passengers.
Alcohol consumption by passengers age 21+ is permitted provided behavior remains appropriate and legal. Intoxicated passengers who cannot conduct themselves properly may be refused service without refund. Safety and comfort of all parties take priority.
Terms & Conditions prohibit illegal activities in our vehicles. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger conduct violates laws or threatens safety. No refunds apply in such circumstances.
Children must be secured in appropriate car seats or restraints as required by Florida law. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing and installing car seats. King Airport Transportation offers installation assistance but parents bear ultimate responsibility for proper securing.
Pets are permitted with advance notice and approval. Service animals are always welcome. Pet policies require carriers for small animals and protective covering for vehicle surfaces. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet-related damage occurs.
Pricing, Payment, and Liability
Terms & Conditions establish transparent fixed-rate pricing for all standard routes. Quotes provided during booking remain valid for the scheduled service date. Prices include base transportation, fuel, and standard gratuity. Tolls and parking fees (when applicable) are additional.
Payment processing occurs at service completion unless corporate billing arrangements exist. Credit card authorizations taken at booking ensure payment capability. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory beyond what’s included in base pricing. Exceptional service may be acknowledged through additional gratuity at passenger discretion. Corporate accounts may have different gratuity policies.
King Airport Transportation maintains comprehensive commercial insurance and proper licensing. Our liability coverage meets all Florida state requirements. We maintain professional standards that minimize risk for all parties.
Terms & Conditions limit liability for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Traffic accidents, road closures, weather events, and other force majeure situations may affect timing. We use best efforts to minimize delays but cannot guarantee exact arrival times given unpredictable conditions.
